Service Description
Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of Yoga, the oldest and most well known of all the various styles. It is a powerful in it's ability to keep the body in great condition, from strength to balance to mind to flexibility, it tones, lengthens, relaxes very muscle and stimulates blood flow, relives tension & creates a very real "feel good factor"
This course introduces you to the first stages of this practice, making sure you have the correct posture and alignment, gently guiding you through the techniques. We will do 20 mins standing stretches & a couple of easy balances, 30 mins mat work & 10 mins relaxation to finish (gentle music playing throughout to help with relaxation)
